All producs and services

For non-service impacting issues it is recommended that you submit a trouble ticket using our online system. We typically answer all online tickets within 24 hours. For any service impacting issues (i.e. outages, DID failures, trunk failures, etc) please call 1-800-928-3109

Exisiting Users
To submit a new ticket, click the login link at the top of the page, and then use the "submit a support ticket" link once logged in.

New Users
To access Convertec utiilities such as support ticketing, you must first register by clicking the register" link at the top of the page. Once registered you may click the login link at the top of the page, and then use the "submit a support ticket" link once logged in.
